Provider Review
From the first consultation I had with Mr Marando he put me at ease with the procedure I was planning to have done. He explained in depth the different implants I could have from sizes to shape and what material they are made from. My procedure was not going to be as straight forward as I had implants that were PIP and one had ruptured! so after a few photos we both decided that a tear shape and a slight increase in size was going to be the better option, as I did not want an uplift at this time. Also I wanted a bit of lipo to my hips and stomach but with Mr Marando's advice We decided just to my hips ( as Mr Marando was quite right I needed exercise not lipo). I went back for another consultation to go through any questions and worries that I may have before booking my op.... Mr Marando reassuring me and making me feel at ease with everything that was going to happen I started to look forward to it( finally going to be free of my PIP). With a few phone calls from Martina to arrange surgery I had a date! I arrived with my partner to be greeted by lovely staff and taken to my room. Mr Marando then came to go through any concerns, queries and explain what was going to happen. A few hours and I was in surgery! When i came round I learnt that Mr Marando had come to see me ( I was still asleep) and explained everything to my partner- it went well :). When I was more awake he came back. I love the fact that Mr Marando was very caring and always wanted to make sure all was ok( this did NOT happen with my previous surgery at a different company). After lots of pain killers and nurses coming to see me often I slept ok. In the morning Mr Marando came to see me again! His bed side manner is second to none, softly spoken and curtious. Late afternoon I went home to recover. The next morning the lovely Martina contacted me to see how I was... I was certainly in pain from the Lipo but not too much pain with my breasts. Martina called me again 2 days later to arrange my two week follow up. When visiting Mr Marando we were both pleased with my out come, I have now seen Mr Marando a further two times and a another visit will be arranged around December. I am very Happy with my surgery, the care after is amazing. I do not usually write reviews but Mr Marando deserves the up most respect for his attention to detail and his great work. I shall certainly be going back in years to come to have my implants changed by him. I thank you.
