5 month ago i had radiesse injected to bulid up the bridge of my nose.the following day i got infection and MD gave me antibiotics for it. now the product is not absorbing it build a hug hard bump on my nose and its not improving with time.i know radiesse cant be dissolved.i dont believe it will ever dissolve in my case. its not absorbing like it always does. could saline inection break the product and help it absorb? could it be surgically removed? im afraid off steroid injection. is it nodule?
I recently had radiesse in my cheeks about 8 days ago, with a lot more on one side of my face to correct a slight assymetry. However, I now look fake and overfilled and my smile looks funny because my left cheek is so puffy. I know that radiesse lasts a fairly long time and can't be reversed in the same was as Juvederm, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to speed up its absorption.
When you look at the cost of Voluma ($800 for 1cc) and Radiesse($695 for 1.5cc), Radiesse is a much better deal for my cheeks. I'm reading that most of the Radiesse syr is the gel that is absorbed & you're left with the calcium as active ingredient. Is this true? How much of Radiesse is actual product? There is a doctor in town that has a Radiesse special of buy one get one free. Is it worth it if most is the gel that gets absorbed? I know both products can last ~18 months. Thanks in advance.
I injected Radiesse to my nose&chin 3mons ago,I don't like the results.I know nothing can dissolve it.Company said it can be absorbed finally. But I saw many comment by people who did it before, said the residue of R still left, the gel can be absorbed but the CaHA can't,it will remain forever. With time pass the skin will uneven.it is a permanent filler! I'm so scared!I just want to know if the Radiesse can be absorbed fully? If the CaHA really can't be absorbed forever? doctors pls help me.thanks!
I have been injected with 8-1.5 ml of Radiesse over the last 12 months. I find that it looks great for a month but then it is absorbed and my cheeks become hollow again. Could they be watering this down since I am not seeing it last? They keep telling me I have a fast metabolism. Could that be the case?
Is there anything I can do to speed up the absorption? I had shots to my chin yesterday and it looks bigger than I was expecting and sort of made my mouth look weird, like I have a small mouth. Almost like people with dentures where it looks a bit caved in. I don't like it.
