(10xan hour) My question is, with no complications, how long should I continue to use the spirometer? I'm breathing fine, not having trouble taking deep breaths, except first thing in the morning.
I am almost 3 weeks post TT revision. I had liposuction on my flanks and back. Skin removal and just a few stitches in lower abs for muscle re tightening as it became a bit loose. When is a good time to resume sexual intercourse with my partner? I know I can check with my surgeon but I am too embarrassed to ask! Thanks :)
I am 3 weeks post op from a full scar revision. I had skin undermined up to my belly button and had my scar lowered by two inches. I am swollen and very tight. I am so worried about standing up straight too soon and putting tension on the scar. I had the revision to lower the scar but also because after 5 years it was still red and wide so this is why I am fretting about the same thing happening to me again. Is there a timeframe when the scar can no longer widen or is it different for everyone?
I had a revision tummy tuck on 5/3/12. I my drains were draining less than 25cc on 5/14/12. I don't have any redness or swelling so far, but I noticed today that when I depress the middle of my lower abdomen, to the left of the area I press is having a "wave". The best way I can describe it is like when you press up and down on a water bed and it creates sort of a wave. There isn't any pain associated with it and I don't have any drainage or fever. Is this something that will absorb on its own?
I had a revision surgery for my tummy tuck to extend the incision to remove the loose skin on my flanks as well as some lipo. Im PO week 3 and the steri strips are gross/smelly/dirty. Is it usually okay to replace them with new steri strips? The PS gave me extra steri strips to re-enforce the existing one's but i've used them up. I got some more steri strips and I wanted to know if it is generally okay to redress my incision?
