I am 38 years old, had chin lipo 4 yrs ago but still have a double chin or excess skin. Would Morpheus8, threads, or ulthera be better to tighten the skin? Or, is there something else that could tighten the skin around the jawline with long term results?
I had a neck lift using permanent SpringThreads to lift my jawline/jowls. However, the right side has felt constantly sore and swollen compared to the left side. There is swelling around jaw bone hinge and at the insertion spot behind my ear. It feels like the thread hasn't set properly because I can still see and feel it under my skin on that side compared to the other. The antibiotics I was given haven't helped. Can or should I remove and reinsert them without damage?
My jawline is going south. My mother is very jowly, so I know what's ahead of me! I want to find the right treatment to help with it. I'm slim. I've had chin filler, which helped, and cheek filler, which didnt. I'm using a face cream with Progeline. Right now I'm considering either Soft Threads, or Kybella. Or an alternative treatment if there is one!
I am 38 and wanting to improve the appearance of my turkey neck - at least tightening the skin, but lifting would be great too. I am considering 100x PDO matrix mono threads along the jawline to delay the need for mini neck lift or neck lift surgery for a year or so, but I'm not sure if that will help. I am wondering what options there are to fix my turkey neck.
I had a PDO threadlift 12 days ago. The swelling and pain has subsided but I opened my mouth to eat this evening and I could swear I felt a snap in my chin (I had the lower face/jowels area treated in both sides and she anchored the thread in my chin) Is this possible? If so, I imagine the lift wouldnt noticible can I still get some potential collagen building from and some structure to thinner skin? I had 5 barbs on each side 3 on cheek and two under jaw line so perhaps it wont be Any difference?
I'm on a journey to rescue my skin elasticity and correct asymmetry of my face. Lip filler has been my main saving grace with asymmetry. I recently got a Botox brow lift and the practitioner suggested forehead Botox as I am developing wrinkles in my forehead. I have been using retinoids and seeing very little improvement. I am developing jowls / loose skin on my jawline, I am unsure if Botox, threads or lasers would be best to help with this laxity? I want to restore my skin as much as possible
Hi, Can anyone give me some info on PCL threads? I am going to have threads done on my jawline as I have slight jowls. The practitioner I will see, offers both PDO threads and PCL threads. I can't find much info out there on PCL threads. I'm wondering why not and what the pros and cons are of each type of thread? Many thanks.
