I'm thinking about having my tattoo removed through laser. It's 3 months old and did not turn out the way I liked. It's all heavy line work about 8 cm long and 1 cm to 2 cm wide. It was tattooed with triple black dynamic ink (saturated black ink with the main concerning ingredient of carbon black 10% that contain PAH's). My concern is that sending the smaller tattoo ink particles through my system at an increased rate through removal might lead to blood cancer or others?
Since I am getting it removed the toxins are circulating through my body. Am I at risk of getting cancer even though I am considered a healthy individual? (Sorry Im in school to become a medical professional and this is really freaking me out). Especially as a woman with the tattoo being located on my chest near a lot of lymph tissue Im very concerned now that I know better I feel like I just set myself up for cancer when I was in undergrad and didnt know anything. Thank you
Hi. I would like to get a tattoo removed but I'm concerned about cancer. I've heard that the ink gets metabolized by the body. I've heard that the ink gets absorbed into the body. Either way, it sounds like this could potentially cause cancer. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Thank you!
I did laser tattoo removal on the back of my neck for 6 months & had my lymph nodes swell up the size of a golf ball. Now four months later I have a mass on my lymph node on my throat that is cancer. I believe it was caused from the laser tattoo removal treatment. What do you think?

Hello, I want to start treatment removal of my tattoo, but in a few months will make a series of medical tests. I read that Picosure removes tattoo ink through the blood. Thus, you may have some change in my exams? I would also like to know whether the treatment is safe, if you have risk cancer or poisoning?
