Can laser treatment for tattoo removal alter blood tests?

Hello, I want to start treatment removal of my tattoo, but in a few months will make a series of medical tests. I read that Picosure removes tattoo ink through the blood. Thus, you may have some change in my exams? I would also like to know whether the treatment is safe, if you have risk cancer or poisoning?

Hello, izzymmmThe Picosure and other Q-switched tattoo removal lasers energy hits the target (ink particles below the skin).  The particles heat up and shatter.  The particles are now smaller than before and this allows the body to eliminate them.  The blood will participate in this elimination process.  It should not effect any blood results but if you would prefer to be safe, you can begin your tattoo removal laser treatments after your blood work.  Their have been no reports of risk of cancer or poisoning with laser tattoo removal.
