Hi, Im a 32 year old female looking for advice on what kind of procedure could help with stubborn fat pockets over my rib flare area. I have a naturally short torso and have always struggled with this-- whether Ive gotten leaner or gained weight, the bulge in this area stays the same. It doesnt respond to diet or exercise and creates a noticeable protrusion that makes me feel self-conscious, especially in bras and bikinis. Bras tend to push down on the fat, making it more visible, but its still there even without them. Id love to know what procedures (surgical or non-surgical) might help flatten or contour this area. Thank you! :)
My arms have always been an issue. Even when I was in my best shape I could not get rid of that hanging / lumpy look. Ive got an extra 7-10lbs on me at the moment and it seems my arms have gotten way worse. What would be the best and least invasive treatment? Would Lipo be good in my situation or would something else be effective? Im working on losing weight/lifting/etc.. but from past experience I know it will only do so much
I had a BBL recently, I am 59 and weight 210lbs. I am very unhappy with my results and I am wondering if its possible to fix my stomach. I have a huge indent in my stomach and want to know if there is any hope im flattening it out with a revision surgery? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
Context: 37 year old East Asian female, have lost weight previously (body recomp from size 12 to as low as size 6 - approximately 25-30 lbs), active lifestyle, weight lifts 3-4x weekly Even at my smallest (165 lbs, size 6) my legs and arms were always flabby despite my core not being big. Neither seemed very responsive to diet and lifestyle changes, so I lipoed my arms and now, Im ready to do something about my bottom half. What areas would be recommended to streamline the appearance of my legs? I dont even mind having thicker thighs, I just abhor the fat knees and the thick calves. If I just did knees, would that help the overall appearance? Thanks in advance.
Context: 37 year old East Asian female, have lost weight previously (body recomp from size 12 to as low as size 6 - approximately 25-30 lbs), active lifestyle, weight lifts 3-4x weekly Im looking to improve my waist to hip ratio as I dont have very big hips and Im not sure if Lipo around my midsection would help to do that, or if it would just make my stomach flatter without any visible changes to my actual waist size. Also, would Lipo be recommended for this amount of fat removal or would something less invasive be more ideal? Thank you in advance.
I am 45yo with DDD breasts that have been bothering me for years. I have a phobia of general anesthesia which has kept me from seeking a traditional breast reduction. Im at my whits end with these heavy knockers and would love to hear from some doctors who have performed breast Lipo under light/twilight sedation. I have scattered fibroglandular breast tissue, and am 53 150lbs, menopausal and finding weight exceptionally hard to shift now and breast tissue much bigger than 10 years ago.
I am a 22 year old female, 54 and about 164lbs. Ive never had any kids, nor have I ever been significantly overweight. I am currently on a weight loss journey from being 177 pounds (my heaviest weight ever), and have been eating in a calorie deficit, as well as exercising at least 3x a week for the last 6months. Unfortunately I am not seeing the progress I would like in my stomach, I have never been able to have a flat stomach even at my lowest weights. I have always had fat there, especially on the bottom half of my stomach that gives me an apron belly. The more weight I gained the bigger and lumpier it got and harder its been to lose. I did do another weightloss journey a couple years ago where I was able to get to 150lbs (my ideal weight) and while my stomach did shrink, it still had a pudge and excessive fat still on my mons pubis. I want to know if I am a good candidate for liposuction on my abdomen as well as the mons pubis?
Is it safe if i had liposuction thighs calves, bbl, breast fat transfer with face fat graft and also with rest of the fat transfer into nanofat and injected into face/scars/stretch marks with micronnedling at the same time probably it would take 12 hours long is it safe?
Male, 34, 5'10, 180, NYC. Frustrated w/ my flanks/love handles and belly. Was a lot heavier in my youth so have a lot of faded stretch marks. If I focus on diet pretty intensely, I can get down another 5-10 pounds, but haven't been able to get lower than that and body shape stays similar. I had gynecomastia surgery at 18 and was happy with the results, but based on that and a childhood hernia surgery, I've found that I tend to scar and it takes a long time for my scars to fade, so have concerns about a tummy tuck (plus recovery time). Less concerned about cost within reason. Hoping for thoughts on: 1) Whether good results could be achieved with lipo (vs tummy tuck)? 2) If lipo, is there a particular form I should consider? 3) If there are other complementary options that I should consider concurrently? 4) Looking to do this in the late fall/early winter. Is it advisable to try to lose that additional 5-10 pounds over the next couple months before the surgery? Thank you!
Im 68 and 155 lbs. Ive always had a small waist but larger hips and a tiny belly pouch. I do cardio and lift weights 4 days a week and eat well. Id like to look leaner but still maintain my curves. One PS suggested lipo 360 and tummy tuck while another suggested just hips and abdomen without a tuck. What would I benefit from the most? I also plan to do arms.
