Im 68 and 155 lbs. Ive always had a small waist but larger hips and a tiny belly pouch. I do cardio and lift weights 4 days a week and eat well. Id like to look leaner but still maintain my curves. One PS suggested lipo 360 and tummy tuck while another suggested just hips and abdomen without a tuck. What would I benefit from the most? I also plan to do arms.
My arms have always been an issue. Even when I was in my best shape I could not get rid of that hanging / lumpy look. Ive got an extra 7-10lbs on me at the moment and it seems my arms have gotten way worse. What would be the best and least invasive treatment? Would Lipo be good in my situation or would something else be effective? Im working on losing weight/lifting/etc.. but from past experience I know it will only do so much
Context: 37 year old East Asian female, have lost weight previously (body recomp from size 12 to as low as size 6 - approximately 25-30 lbs), active lifestyle, weight lifts 3-4x weekly Even at my smallest (165 lbs, size 6) my legs and arms were always flabby despite my core not being big. Neither seemed very responsive to diet and lifestyle changes, so I lipoed my arms and now, Im ready to do something about my bottom half. What areas would be recommended to streamline the appearance of my legs? I dont even mind having thicker thighs, I just abhor the fat knees and the thick calves. If I just did knees, would that help the overall appearance? Thanks in advance.
Male, 34, 5'10, 180, NYC. Frustrated w/ my flanks/love handles and belly. Was a lot heavier in my youth so have a lot of faded stretch marks. If I focus on diet pretty intensely, I can get down another 5-10 pounds, but haven't been able to get lower than that and body shape stays similar. I had gynecomastia surgery at 18 and was happy with the results, but based on that and a childhood hernia surgery, I've found that I tend to scar and it takes a long time for my scars to fade, so have concerns about a tummy tuck (plus recovery time). Less concerned about cost within reason. Hoping for thoughts on: 1) Whether good results could be achieved with lipo (vs tummy tuck)? 2) If lipo, is there a particular form I should consider? 3) If there are other complementary options that I should consider concurrently? 4) Looking to do this in the late fall/early winter. Is it advisable to try to lose that additional 5-10 pounds over the next couple months before the surgery? Thank you!
I'm getting a breast reduction / lift this year. I'm interested in some stomach liposuction at the same time. I'm kind of feeling like it may be an option - rather than a full tummy tuck - as I don't have a lot of excess skin? Would I be an ok candidate for lipo over a tuck? I see a surgeon next month.
Will liposuction remove these back rolls? I have had BBLs previously and gained weight for them. I want to have one final round to get rid of these back rolls and transfer some fat to the outer corner of the butt to make it round. Will liposuction get rid of these back rolls? If not, what other options are there based on my photo?
Hello, I am a 59 y/o women. Years ago I had coolsculpting on my inner thighs, banana rolls and abdomen. I feel as though the lipo on my inner thighs resulted in Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia but I can't say for sure. As my photos will attest, coolsculpting had no effect...IMO it made the area worse. I understand that removing fat will result in sagging skin, especially at my age. Is there anything that I can do to improve this? Would lipo with skin tightening be an option?
Ive always hated my love handles/lower back and no matter how much weight I lose they never change. I would love to get a tummy tuck but probably not for another 3-4 years before I can afford one. I have to go under for a small revision on my breast should I just go ahead and get lipo while Im under or would it be better to wait until I do a tummy tuck? Do you think Ill get good results with it? I really hold onto my fat in the back hip areas which makes clothes just look weird.
I had liposuction 7 months ago and I am still having this terrible discoloration on my abdomen. It hasnt improved at all over time. The liposuction was clearly overly aggressive. Ive tried two rounds of vbeam laser and it doesnt seem to be improving. She used the regular vbeam but Im thinking about paying more for a dermatologist to use the vbeam perfecta. What else can I do? At this rate Im just going to tattoo my whole stomach. Also it appears to be vascular and change intensity throughout the day. When Im cold it looks the worse. When Im fresh out of the hot shower or have just massaged it, it is barely noticeable.
