PRP for Hair Loss + No Change Q&A

I have lost my hair from the crown. Have undergone 3 PRP sessions since Jan 2018 but no noticeable change. Have been on minoxidil for past 3 years, but stopped minoxidil after starting PRP. Now I can see thinning on the front also. Should I ho for hair transplant?

I am 21 years old. I was gradually losing the hair quantity and thickness on the vertex for the last 3 years.I consulted a doctor and did 6 prp sessions and used minoxidil,biotin and vitamin.But I got no benefit from prp and minoxidil. So what can I do now? Is there any other treatment I shoulder try?Now I've decided to use dermaroller along with minoxidil.when should I use minoxidil?Immediately after dermarolling or 24 hours after dermarolling?My dermaroller is 1mm.How often should I use it?

I had my 2nd PRP session after 3 weeks of my 1st session but still my hair sheds at the same speed. I'm planning to take the third one after one month of the 2nd. Shall I continue with the treatment?
