I had melasma develop after a series of ablated laser treatments a few years ago. I've been getting annual Cosmelan peels that have helped. Now that I'm getting older (29,) I'm starting to notice undereye hollowness, static forehead lines, light acne scars, and discoloration. I was shown the before/after photos and feel this treatment would be good at addressing my concerns, but I'm worried it could trigger my melasma. Please advise.
IF not, can you recommend a treatment that does please? I have had RF microneedling done which did nothing for this area. I have had Juviderm over a year ago for the laugh lines. Besides ablative lasers, what would help? I read that a chemical peel is the gold standard for this area as well? I've been told lasers too. Any definitive direction would be very appreciated. Thank You
There are so many different options for resurfacing treatments. My main concerns are my nasolabial folds. I want my skin lifted like a tight ponytail look. My other concerns are my age/sun spots. Not sure which treatment is best? C02 laser, Morpheus 8 or NeoGen Plasma?
In the last 3 years I have lost a lot of facial volume. I know this isn't in my head because I have had a lot of people point it out and also say I look different. I'm only 26 and want my facial volume back. I feel like a completely different person. I don't want a fake look with filler and I don't want surgery. A dermatologist recommended Neogen Laser Plasma Treatment. Will this help restore volume or will I lose it because I've read lasers destroy fat?
Hello, I am going for the Neogen low energy procedure tomorrow but I have a small Parotid Salivary Gland Pleomorphic Adenoma and was wondering if the energy could possible disrupt it? It's 5mm and has only grown 1mm since 2018. Any advice would be helpful. As of right now we plan on avoiding that area but I was curious what would happen if we didn't? Thank you, Jen
