26 years old- Can NeoGen Plasma help restore facial volume?

In the last 3 years I have lost a lot of facial volume. I know this isn't in my head because I have had a lot of people point it out and also say I look "different". I'm only 26 and want my facial volume back. I feel like a completely different person. I don't want a fake look with filler and I don't want surgery. A dermatologist recommended Neogen Laser Plasma Treatment. Will this help restore volume or will I lose it because I've read lasers destroy fat?
