Resurfacing treatments - CO2 laser, Morpheus8 or NeoGen Plasma?

There are so many different options for resurfacing treatments. My main concerns are my nasolabial folds. I want my skin lifted like a tight ponytail look. My other concerns are my age/sun spots. Not sure which treatment is best? C02 laser, Morpheus 8 or NeoGen Plasma?

Hi, the quick answer is none of these. If you want a tight ponytail look, you will need surgery.NeoGen however is going to give you a nice lift and resurfacing at the same time with about 5 days downtime. C02 laser will yield more downtime at about 10-14 days and help to resurface but extreme exfoliation and risks of infection since the skin is open and oozing. Morpheus 8 is going to be your softer option.I want you to have all of the answers you need. But with the ponytail look will be surgical.

The very fact that there are so many expensive, fancy-named gizmos should give you pause to consider so much of the marketing and social media hype surrounds these devices whose hard science to support their use lags woefully behind the hype. A healthy dose of "buyer beware" is in order when considering these options.  On the other hand, fillers, particularly the natural HA fillers, in the hands of experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology injectors, have a long established record for safety and efficacy for dealing with smile folds and other facial, neck and hand wrinkles and volume loss. Superficial peels, too, (such as high concentrations of salicylic acid or glycolic acid, Jessner's Solution, and low concetnrations of TCA) have a many decades' long proven safety and efficacy track record for treating age/sun spots.
