I'm a 30-year-old male, 6'4' in height and I weigh 240 lbs. I work out 4 to 5 times a week I but just cant seem to get rid of the fat on my abs. I'm thinking of having a Liposuction. Is getting a six-pack a realistic goal? I know that if I don't have it done, I won't be able to achieve it. But if I keep on doing my ab workout, will the goal be possible?
I want to ask some doctors on reals elf told me with high definition liposuction you can see more dramatic results, and you can even see six pack abs on that person who had the high definition surgery, but ho w longer is the downtime, and pain and recovery period to go away for someone who had high definition lipo compared to someone with basic liposuction? Also, once you completed the high definition lipo can you see the six pack abs right away, or it takes time to notice after the surgery is completed ?
I understand hi-def liposculpture is the gold standard for achieving a chiseled 6 pack ab look for athletic people with stubborn fat over their abs. However, this procedure justs selectively etches the fat over the underlying muscle to make the area look more sculpted, but that six pack youre seeing is really just etched out fat. My main question is, why cant regular lipo be used to simply REMOVE, not etch, all fat covering the abs so that the actual muscles show, rather than just an illusion of them?
Let's say someone had high def liposuction to see a six pack abs or built chest? Once the six pack abs are there on a person chest the six pack abs would not go away, even if the lipo candidate does not change his eating habits after surgery procedure? Correct or wrong...
Ok, so my understanding is that fat grows over muscle and if you just do crunches, you will never see the six pack until the fat is gone that is covering muscle. So my question is If I do crunches and then get lipo, will I come out with a six pack? .... Also if I do crunches, will it make it too hard to get all the fat out with the lipo?
