Hi, The problem is that Ive been suffering from slightly eye dryness before the eye lasik surgery. However, rightafter the surgery my eyes suffer from too much dryness that lead to wye redness and the presence of lots of red veins on the eye ball with redness. I have already tried almost all of the good eye drops but with slight change and even i used eye deops with no preservatives such as refresh.
those ads i see for laser eye whitening for some reason dont look very safe to me, as i cant find any studies or research done on said procedure, just to lessen them as much as possible really.
Day 2 post op and I woke up this morning with red eyes on both. It felt irritated and dry.I was prescribe antibotics, anti-inflammatory, and lubricating drops to use 4x a day. It was alarming to wake up with my eyes red especially since I slept great and there was no issue the morning before. After placing doing my drops my eyes are looking better a few hrs later. Is this normal for me to wake up escpecially on day 2 with red eyes? Is this dry eyes that I am experiencing?
I've got red eyes and Puffiness after the EPI-lasik treatment . Puffy eyes wasn't permanent before the EpiLasik . After surgery , it appears to be permanent . Please help me to avoid puffy eyes and red eyes . Thanks
I am using drops like refresh liquigel or celluvisc every 20 min. I use restatsis two times a day and use ointment at night. Also, I have my top eyelids plugged. My eyes hurt and burn all the time and are constantly read. The doctor said my tot test came back with 301 which is above the normal rate for an eye. I am currently about 6 weeks post op and sleekly answers desperately. I am only 25 years old and feel depressed over this. Please help.
