How can I get rid of the lots of red veins in my eyes and chronic eye redness?

Hi, The problem is that I’ve been suffering from slightly eye dryness before the eye lasik surgery. However, rightafter the surgery my eyes suffer from too much dryness that lead to wye redness and the presence of lots of red veins on the eye ball with redness. I have already tried almost all of the good eye drops but with slight change and even i used eye deops with no preservatives such as refresh.
