Laser Liposuction + Jowls Q&A

I want to improve the look of my jawline. I have fat around the jowl area and have been told that Kybella cant be used in that area. What would be recommended to straighten out the jaw line and remove the extra pouch of fat?

Have significant jowling and double chin. I am not obese, slightly overweight. Would prefer not to have a neck lift. In many of the before and after photos, the improvement is not significant.

I had laser assisted lipo 2 days ago and the swelling is really bad. My chin and neck are huge! Is this normal? Dr injected a lidocaine solution, followed by a laser to melt the fat, then an extraction via a small cannula. Pics attached. Can anyone advise if this much swelling is usual? Thanks.
