I am currently researching about laser hair removal. I am a decently hairy male. I am planning to completely remove the hair on my back, shoulders and buttocks. I would like to also greatly reduce the hair on my upper leg and upper arm so they can blend into my eventually hairless body parts. I don't want my arms to look artificial with the cutoff on the forearm or my legs on the calfs. I am not sure how to do this. Should I do one treatment on my joints then a few more on the upper parts?
I've tried different kinds of wax including organic sugar wax. My dermatologist prescribed mometasone furoate cream to use after waxing, which helped only the first couple of times. The only thing that has always helped is being in the sun/tanning, but the weather's gotten colder now and I'm hesitant to go artificial tanning. Is there anything else I can do to help avoid this altogether or to speed up the process of healing it? Should I just not wax anymore and instead do laser hair removal?
I have been getting LHR on my arms (including upper arms), i'm on my fourth session now. It is alexandrite laser, but everytime i get my treatment done the hairs dont grow back and shed at all until exactly 6th week after and they dont fall by themselves, i have to pull them out with my fingers, and between my sessions i always see my hair folicles in my skin so there are black dots on my skin all the time. i want to know if this means the laser is working or not? and if its normal.
It Seems the hair roots on my back and the upper arms are very dark and it looks awkward. I don't have any pain or itching. What is the issue behind this. Can I get rid of this. It makes me feel so bad to remove my shirt. Plz. suggest a remedy.
Considering the back? Neck and in the center of the shoulders. I have now several sessions (8-9) completed and i can see some resuslts on my upper arms and my lower back which is working fine. On the spot between my shoulder (lower neck) and the shoulders itself its still no progress. My studio is using a J/cm 10.0 & a KJ 8.00 setting and a very fast beeping. Iam slightly tanned and i have black hairs. Can you give a working range or its more a question of the duration of pulsing Nanosecs?
