What´s the best setting or adjustment (J/cm2 & KJ) for the Soprano xli / SHR Diode laser?

Thanks for your question and the fact that you are going to a studio is very alarming in the medical world where laser hair removal is still considered a medical treatment and should be done under the auspices of a licensed physician – and we recommend a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. The Soprano is one type of diode laser for hair reduction. A series of treatments is required over time to get the best results but you have had a bunch so far and we would expect that if proper settings were used from the outset, that, for the most part, you would be in some sort of maintenance phase. It is concerning that you are having this many treatments. And it is not easy to determine what are appropriate settings or not – one would need to examine you and examine the settings that have been used and determine if increasing the joules is enough to make the results better or whether some additional lasers with different devices would make a substantial difference. Find another provider – the salon thing does not go over well.
