Laser Hair Removal + Razor Bumps Q&A

I have razor bumps from shaving, but I have an appointment to get laser hair removal. I cant get the bumps to go away, but would they still perform even if I have razor bumps?

I'm not sure what I'm getting but I used my mupircon ointment and keep getting this can I get laser hair removal or what should I do first?

I have this skin condition since I was about 14 or 15; now that I'm 20, it still hasn't gotten any better. I went to a dermatologist before, he roughly examined it and said it was "chicken skin" (Keratosis piliaris), but I'm not sure if it is, because this happened after I started shaving. I shaved in the opposite way of the hair's growth, so I think it might possibly be razor bumps (Pseudofolliculitus barbae). For either one, I was wondering, is there a cure for this disorder? Will any laser treatment or laser hair removal help remove these from my arms and legs?

I was told that the ingrown hair will be removed by either IPL or laser hair removal. I want to know, will IPL hair removal or laser hair removal get rid of ingrown hairs or razor bumps completely? I have a lot of very deep ingrown hairs around my bikini area, so how can IPL or laser remove them when the skin is closed? I want to know how it works. Thank you.

At this point I want surgery or a procedure Ive tried every cream, peel,potion etc. I need to get rid of the darkness and the scarring,also stretch marks.
