I have a pretty deep overbite and Im wondering how my face would change if I got Invisalign. My face became pretty flat after I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out 2 years ago. I think I have a pretty decent side profile and have always been fond of my jaw line, but Im noticing I have a weak chin and my sister said my jawline looks like a crescent moon (lol) I am attached to my features. How would my face change if I got Invisalign? There isnt many cases on deep bites Im finding.
So I have a visibly weak chin from the side and even the front of my face, and I'm curious - is this something which can be fixed with braces or invisalign or something, or is it just a normal weak chin and not the result of a mandibular deficiency or something? I currently just turned 18.
I Have an overbite and a open bite. I usually push my jaw forward so my overbite isnt noticeable. I have been advised to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out and then i would go for braces or invisalign. Im not sure if i have a weak chin i was hoping that once my overbite and open bite are corrected my chin would look normal. What do you think the best course of action would be. Please help.
Hello doctors, What is the best solution for a protruded mouth and a weak chin? I had braces before and now on my invisalign tray 11. My bite is so much better now, but I do not think my invisalign will help with the protrusion. I honestly do not want a surgery but if that is the only option to improve the protrusion-why not?
