I had Juvederm in lips done about 2 weeks ago. There are hard bumps in the middle of my lower lip on three spots where the doctor injected the filler. Also there is slight unevenness on the upper lip but its doesnt feel hard and also not visible unless its touched. If hyaluronidase is injected to dissolve the filler will it dissolve my natural lips too? Is there any danger like forming of pockets or permanent bumps if I wait for a few more months to dissolve the filler?
Residual filler? Granuloma? Fordyce spots? If I peel up lip & look VERY closely at bottom of bubble can see tiny white spots that look like fordyce? Also is indentation at the top border and darker color scar tissue, or loss of natural collagen due to the dissolving? Am worried about continuing to dissolve given what I've read. I sent a pic of bubble to my injector and she said it was normal & would go away. I have plans to get refilled in the coming weeks but not sure what to do. Thank u
I went to another injector and they said it looks like it could be an allergic reaction. They recommended I take oral antihistamine (Allegra), a topical antihistamine, and I took predisone for the last 2 days. These have done nothing though. I'm getting worried this is permanent (or surgery needed). I've had Hyaluronidase other times with no allergic reactions or problems. it did seemed like they put quite a bit of Hyaluronidase. Has anyone seen this before? Any help is appreciated.
Hi, I have had lip fillers April last year and it still there and now I've a small lump one side of my top lip. I went to dissolve it with Hyaluronidase the and the doctor used Hyaluronidase twice to dissolve the filler in over two weeks time but my lips are still the same the Hyaluronidase did not work whatsoever. Need help if there's anything else I can do it to go away? The doctors told me that it's not a scar tissue it might be my collagen.
Hi I had voluma in my cheeks and was over filled but wanted to add volume to the apples of my cheeks. I did not have deep tear troughs before. I had the filler disssolved after multiple rounds and I am left with a deep tear like trough running down my left cheek. Did hyaluronidase dissolve my tissue? Will it come back? It has been 2 1/2 weeks since my last hyaluronidase session. What can be done to fix this? Please help me Im getting married later this year .
I received hyaluronidase to upper cheeks on the same day my dermatologist placed filler in my chin, marionette lines, and lips. He said he was injecting the enzyme to even out my skin bed in order to place new filler there (juverde to both cheeks 7 years ago). My eyes now look sunken, wrinkly, and with dark bags post hyaluronidase. The filler in my marionette lines he placed that day, seems to have disappeared already-12 days post filler. Should the enzyme not be placed on the same day as filler?
