Hair Transplant + Falling Out Q&A

I was wondering about starting oral finasteride after my hair transplant as Ive never taken it before. I have had two hair transplants. I want to know will starting oral finasteride after my surgery make my implants fall out as my surgery is next month in October. I currently take 5mg of minoxidil and topical dustasride.

At 4th month Ive noticed a couple of transplanted hairs that grew ( about 4-5 strands) fall out each wash. Is this normal? Are those hairs permanently lost or would they grow back ? Thank you !!

I had a hair transplant a few years ago along my frontal hairline and temples it has been mostly ok for a few years but now my hair is getting incredibly thin and I feel the transplanted hair is falling out too. What can I do about it? Are there any medications or treatments that can help or is it a lost cause and the follicles are dead forever? Very worried and self conscious

I 'd a hair transplant of 6000 grafts 11 days ago .Tonight,I washed my head gently rubbed donor area with fingers and direct touches with shampoo to the recipient area as per doctor's advise.What scared me is that I could pull out some scabs from my the transplanted area they looked like grafts and had hair in it. what I already know is that hairs grown from the transplanted grafts fall (3rd- 4th week) and regrow after 2 months .But grafts themselves fall ?? is that normal ? what's left?

I also read it's the only FDA approved for male. Will such switch increase my hair fall as the concentration is being decreased

I saw on forums, that the follicle can fall due to the regular cell cycle? What does it mean? The grafted follicles can acquire other properties like the non-transplanted grafts that is sensitive to the DHT hormone and can fall?

I did my hair transplant six month ago from India. The hair growth till now was good and I see still some new hairs are growing. But along with new hairs growing I am having a very high rate of hair fall from the transplanted area. This is the first time I am having such a hair fall post surgery. I consulted my surgeon and he had suggested me to have Biotin capsules along with finasteride tablets and 5% Minoxidile. I would like to know if this is normal or serious issue.
