I got my full mouth dental implant I have my permanent teeth now but the doctor said she did not put the permanent cement yet. My first photoI have my permanent dental implant if you can see the metal is very visible and the shape is not nice . My dentist put a filler on my lip so that if I smile It doesnt show so much teeth . The 2nd photo was after I had my lip filler. The third one was my tempory which I really like the shape.
I did tooth extraction in the upper jaw for orthodontic treatment . I am very unhappy with the results. Is there any way to reverse the damage that has been done? Could the extraction sites be opened and replaced with implants or is there any alternative ways to regain my facial aesthetics and broaden my smile by going another route? What do you think about the treatment? and I am from Israel
I had a dental implant done where I am not happy with it. The area where the implant was placed is dark, almost gray, and it is my front tooth (#9) so it is very noticable. I am not happy with it, and of course this was a very long and expensive procedure. The doctor that placed the implant assures me that this isn't the implant showing through, but, what else could it be? What are my options?
Teeth only visible if I smile really hard. Dentists say they'll correct but they can't make the teeth longer as the bridge will become unstable. They've said that the problem is that my upper lip has collapsed with age so the only solution is to replace the bridge with an implant retained overdenture as that will take up more space in my mouth and lift my upper lip. Is what they say correct; my top teeth aren't especially long. Should they not have considered this issue before progressing?
I got an implant when I was younger because I had no tooth that grew in in that area. I am very unhappy with it. It's bothered me for years but there's not much I can do about it. I have horrible OCD and I'm not sure what to even do at this point. It looks like it is double the size of its sister tooth on the opposite side of my two buck teeth.
The crown is #7. The shape of the tooth doesn't match the other teeth. I had a tooth there as a child, but when that tooth fell out, an adult tooth did not grow in.
