yes it is possible for a implant and prosthesis specialist to change the crowns if you don't like your existing crowns. There can be multiple ways to do it.
1. Ask your dentist to make a new set of permanent teeth with zirconia - metal free option more esthetic.
2. Tell your dentist what you don't like about permanent teeth and what you liked about temporary teeth or what changes do you want. 
3. In case you want to get it changed then you miggt have to pay the cost of new prosthesis again but not for the implants

Let her know you like your permanent teeth look more like your temporary teeth shape before she permanently cements your teeth in. Appears to me that you like your teeth more straight up and down and not slanting in. Your dentist should be able to replace the bridge for free but every dentist has different policies. Good luck.

I am sure your doctor will work with you and make changes that are necessary to please you. Since it is not permanently cemented in it should be an easy change.
