Had crowns done on 7,8, 9, & 10. Original natural teeth were round and full at the top, unlike these crowns, which appear triangular at the top. Wondering if the gum near the top Of the crown on tooth 9, which looks pushed up, Will come down over time? So it doesnt look so pushed up and sticking out.
I had two root canal treatments and crowns placed two months ago on two upper incisors next to each other. I feel slight pain whenever pressing against them lightly with my fingers and they feel weird every morning for some reason. Not sure if I should give them time to settle or go see my dentist again. Any advice would be appreciated!
I had a root canal done 3 weeks ago and a temporary crown placed. 5 days ago the permanent crown was placed and felt just fine the last 4 days. Today I was woke up in the middle of the night to the area throbbing so bad even tylenol and later ibuprofen havent helped. Is this normal? Is the crown still just settling and this is normal sensitivity? The area looks completely normal. No swelling or obvious/visible abscesses. It is the 2nd to last back left molar.
I got my two front teeth caped in april. Everything seem to go well. It was the first time I have ever gotten caps on my teeth. It wasn't until I got my permintent caps that iI felt something was wrong. My gum was pushed way up. I asked him about this and he said it should settle in a few weeks ,just to keep it clean and rinse with salt water. It is now july and it has not gotten better. I have seen him twice about this and he told me that I need to leave it alone. i have pic if you need it.
