I've had (3) CO2 ablative treatments to treat acne scarring in the last 27 yrs, the last 2 were done 8 yrs ago. I have tried other treatments for scars but nothing comes close to improving my skin like CO2 ablative. Is having a 4th treatment too much? My skin is fair but thick.
I feel like the skin on my nose is thick and my pores are huge. My nose easily gets bright red and swells sometimes. Could I benefit from doing CO2 laser on my nose? Also the cartilage on the sides of my nose aren't symmetrical and it makes my nose wider. I don't want a full blown rhinoplasty surgery. Maybe remove some cartilage for a slimmer look. Is that possible? What prices does that range from?
Im 2+ years out post revision rhinoplasty but it seems like my nose has gotten bigger. Im afraid my nose has thicker oiler skin. Will CO2 laser help shrink my oil glands and make my nose look smaller or is there anything I can do?
Some days, I like my nose, other days not so much. I hate front photos because it looks really fleshy sometimes. However i've been to see two nose surgeons and both have acted shocked when I say I want my tip more refined - one said 'your cartilage is already close together'. My nose often looks better when weather is cold. Background info: I have rosacea, i'm 22 years old. Is there something that would help make my skin shrink more to my nose frame, think skin out etc? Co2 laser? Please help!
I planned on receiving a rhinoplasty on my large/ bulbous nose but have been told by several surgeons that the skin of my nose is too thick for a nose job to have any real noticeable effect. In lieu of a rhinoplasty, could a CO2 laser reduce the thickness of my nasal skin and thus reduce overall size of my nose?
I have been told that I have very thin skin under my eyes and the darkness I'm seeing is from the underlying muscle. My skin is tight and not saggy so doesn't need tightening just thickening. Would co2 laser help? I'm already doing dermapen and would appreciate any other helpful suggestions.
I had a complex revision rhinoplasty last year. I still have some swelling in my tip, and I have thick sebaceous stubborn skin. Ive read that people with thick skin typically get CO2 laser resurfacing after rhinoplasty to shrink pores on their nose and tighten the skin allowing it to sit on the frame much better. Will CO2 laser help shrink/thin out my thick skin to allow for a more defined appearance?
