I am 58, and have used Retin-A Micro .04% for about 15 years. My skin is in great shape. I just went through a period of extreme stress and am noticing my upper eyelids drooping some and the beginning of bags under the eyes. Do not want a bleph. Would CO2 help tighten and eliminate bags? If so, how many sessions. TY!
I was thinking of having CO2 laser resurfacing with a focus on the eye area to treat crepey skin under the eyes and to tighten up the eyelid area. Now I'm wondering if what I really need is a blepharoplasty, lower, upper or both? Should I do CO2 laser first to see what kind of results I have, and then do blepharoplasty if the CO2 doesn't sufficiently resolve the eye sagging /crepey skin. If I do in that order, does it look like upper eye or lower eye is the bigger problem?
It's been a month since my double eyelid revision. The creases are too high and deep making me look half asleep and unnatural. Doctor said the crease will lower overtime but it hasn't changed. He suggested laser genesis treatment to speed up healing, but I'm confused. Laser resurfacing CO2 is for wrinkles and eye bags, not my concerns. Will CO2 treatment help lower the crease and lessen the scar? How will it speed up healing? This is a revision with the same doctor.
I'm thinking about having CO2 fractional laser treatments done to lighten my dark circles and eyelids. My concern is that would the light from the laser be able to penetrate the eyelid skin and cause damage to my eyes? Thanks in advance
I has a face nd neck lift and lower and upper eyelid surgery. My eyelids are uneven and my neck snd jowls have not improved. My surgeon agrees and wants to try CO2 laser to fix it. I am not convinced this will help. Advice please.
I am 44 years old I would like to know if I would be a good candidate for either Co2 Laser or another type of laser with less down time or surgery for the loose skin under my eyes and eyelids.. I don't have much loose skin on my eyelids when I lift my brows up. I am a little scared of the downtime of the Co2 Laser are there any other lasers less invasive but with good skin tightening results for upper and lower eyelid area?
Good evening, 4 months ago I had a co2 laser on my eyelids due to scar tissue that completely disappeared after co2, but now I have a problem with the skin on my eyelids recovery from the laser. I feel thickening when I open my eyes because the skin where the laser went is a little thick and not the same thickness as the skin on the rest of the eyelid. I know it's a recovery phase, but is it possible to speed up the recovery with with some pills or cream? Thanks
