I do the recommended stretches and exercises regularly but still have lower, mid and upper back pain. I'm a 34G, 5'4, weigh 135. I have seen a chiropractor for years and recently started going to a physical therapist for back pain. Would a breast reduction help, and would I have trouble getting my insurance to pay for the surgery?
I am 6 days post op. I am in severe pain. It feels as if I have a muscle spasm stuck in my left breast. I can feel the swollen lump that hurts. Anytime I move my arm it sends a sharp pain into my chest from the spot. The right breast is experiencing tremendous pain where the stitches are underneath. It almost feels like the bra is causing more discomfort than anything else.
I am 24 years old, I am 5'9, and am 215 lbs. I am done having children and my bra size is a 40G. I have had muscle spasms in my mid back for 7 years and have had off and on intense burning pain in my neck and shoulders as well.
I am currently 21, a size 32 HH, 5'7 in height, and weigh 177 lbs. I have had serious issues with constant swelling and spasming in my trapezius muscles in between my neck and shoulders, since I was in high school and was a size 32 F and 132 lbs. My doctors always told me it was stress related, but the bigger my breasts got, the more my muscles hurt. Is there a direct correlation or are my muscles only swollen and spasming because of stress?
I have found after 6 months it is still painful to jog, run, or pretty much do anything that makes my boobs jostle around. I am having deep muscle spasms that last a min or two at a time approximately 3-5 times a day. My surgeon said it's nothing to worry about but doesn't actually let me explain the type of pain I just keep getting cut off. Im Happy with everything else except for the fact I still can't go back to my normal active life without experiencing pain. Should I get another opinion?
