Breast Reduction + Lotion Q&A

I am having a breast reduction in about a week. My paperwork said to stop taking any and all products that contain aspirin or vitamin E. Which I did. However, i did not realize my lotions and soaps contain vitamin e. Can i still have surgery since i did not consume any vitamin e

I just need to know if I massage at one of the skin lotion and not look like this anymore or Or am I going to end up having to have reconstructive breast surgery to correct this?

 I have 2 salves. Is that really something I have to concert about ?

I am 4 weeks post op from breast reduction surgery. Week 1 was just stitches, week 2 liquid bandaid and steri strips, week 3 Bio Oil... The recommended Bio Oil caused issues, after 5 days I started itching, getting red, I could see pockets of fluid forming under my skin. I started having sores open up, and I've been dealing with the ever since. I am allergic to the Bio Oil it has the same ingredients as Baby Oil (mineral oil). So what can I use or should I wait till the wounds heal?

I got my breast reduction on 11/04, And Im concerned about my scars because my doctor didn't prescribed me nothing to put on it, he just prescribed me painkillers and antibiotics to take, but nothing for the incision, any recommendations please!!!
