If you have not been evaluated by your plastic surgeon, you should do so as soon as possible. It is difficult to tell from a picture, however the wound may need to to have some of the nonviable tissue trimmed away. Stay in close contact with your surgeon to avoid progression to infection or worsening of the wound.

Hi. Nipple sensory changes/ loss after BR is the rule rather than exception. At 1.5 years after surgery, the sensation level you have is permanent. Frequent massaging of the nipples may help to reduce hypersensitivity Best wishes
