I just need to know if I massage at one of the skin lotion and not look like this anymore or Or am I going to end up having to have reconstructive breast surgery to correct this?

Appears you are in ear;y healing/swelling stages. Why not allow the healing phase of at least 3 months to proceed first before thinking about further surgeries?

Hi and welcome to our forum!
You appear to be demonstrating a skin fold overlying the sternum. This is not uncommon in the immediate postoperative period when the tissues are distorted by the swelling caused by the tissue trauma. This condition also occurs naturally in many large breasted individuals as the skin and soft tissues stretch to accommodate the weight of the breast (as it appears in your situation from the preoperative photo). Symmastia is the term used to describe the breasts merging together.
60-80% of operative swelling will subside over the first 8 weeks but it will take 6-12 months to completely subside. 
There are procedures to correct the problem if it should persist with variable degrees of success, including placing internal sutures hold the tissues to the chest wall, liposuction, and rarely multiple z-plasty.
Express your concerns to your plastic surgeon at your next visit.
