I am 5'7 and last weighed at 210lbs, yes I know I am over weight. My bust is 40 H. I have been working out at my apartment's gym for a few weeks now. I have lost some fat and gained some muscle, and after losing some weight I gained it back without gaining the fat back (so in other words it is muscle) my natural waist is measured (this morning actually) at 34 and my bust is measured at 48, but all my doctor is concerned about is my weight. not my true body fat percentage. Any tips on how I could get my insurance approve my breast reduction?
I've heard quite a lot about women only reducing by a few cup sizes. I am a UK 34HH and would love to be really small, an A or B cup. I understand that with normal breast surgery, the size of the pedicle means that it is impossible to reduce the size too much. With a free nipple graft, what prevents you reducing the breast beyond a certain point? Does the footprint of the breast remain the same after surgery? Is it ever possible to reduce the area of chest that is covered by the breast?
I already have a recommendation from my PC doc for a reduction. I'm 5'7 around 170lbs and my cup size is between a 36HH or I. I haven't been able to get a clear measurement because places don't sell my waist and cup size together. I haven't been able to find a bra that lasts more than 3mo and at $60 or more a bra, it's getting ridiculous. I'm 23 years old and have been at a F or bigger since I was 16. Any advice would help! Thank you!
I am 20 years old and I recently started wondering just what size exactly are my breasts....(I have been in denial about how truly big they are and I have been sadly stuffing my boobs into a 38 DD for quite some time now and never understood why they always spill out over my cup!! Ughh so frustrating!) I am really unhappy with my breasts- not to mention they hurt my back! Need a professional opinion! What should I do!? What kind of doctor do I go to so I can get this reduction started??
I am 36 years old and a mother of two. However, even with age and kids my breasts are still fairly perky making it hard to get a bra (38HH) or clothes to fit at this size. I want a breast reduction and the dr says that I would basically end up with a uniboob due to symastia (which has most likely kept them fromsagging) and that they're too perfect to operate on. I would be unhappy as I'm starting out with A+ boobs and wouldn't be happy with what they will look like after..
I am 25 years old and a size 38HH. I have 1 child and want more kids. I wasn't able to breastfeed the best since they were too large and have back pain and rashes under them, so considering surgery and insurance covers it. My only thought is that the breasts will grow back and having the reduction surgery will be pointless and have to do again.
I am a 36 HH and my doctor said because of insurance requirements he would have to excise 630 grams from each breast. When asked what size I would be post op he was vague but said I would definitely be smaller than a D cup and possibly not even a C cup. Based on my stats what would your best guess be on my size after surgery? I am 5'5' 195 pound 36 HH cup I have another appointment with him next month and I am going to try and get things cleared up but until then I would appreciate your opinion!
22 years old, 5'5'', around 170lbs & am a 38HH ( but keep growing). Bad pressure inmy ribcage & PAIN when I try to run. Don't get to work outbecause of the pain. Also extremely sensitive. If sleep on mystomach, my breasts squish my lungs. Weight on them hrts. Get more neck pain the bigger they get/back pain if i have to bend over. Skin underneath/between stretches/itches/chafes. Don't have much $$ to spend. Can I qualify for my insurance to pay for a reduction? I have SelectHealth. Please Help!!
I'm 26, 5'3, and 215 pounds, and my breast size is 34HH. I've have a 14-year long history of migraines, back pain, chiropractic visits, and neck injuries. I have Carefirst insurance, and am wondering what the approval process entails. Additionally, I'm not yet at my ideal weight, but my breasts inhibit my ability to exercise comfortably. At this weight, am I too heavy for surgery? I plan on losing more weight before surgery.. Any help?
