I have 1500cc saline breast implants over the muscle. I've had my implants for 11 years. I am wanting to get a bbl and wondering if it's safe to get this procedure as I would need to lie flat on my stomach, my concern is rupture of my breast implants when my body weight is on them. Is this a possibility?
I run and lift weights. I do not wish to put an implant under my pectoral muscle. I fear it would never feel the same when running, doing push-ups, chest workouts etc. That said, I am very lean and now have minimal (A or AA) breast tissue. I gave great muscle tone, but there's just nothing there. Would it be a mistake to go over the muscle given no breast tissue and if not, must I go with silicone to not see rippling and to have a natural look/feel? Thanks
Im 5 1 and 110lbs. Petite frame. Currently between A and a B. Looking for a full B to ideally small C When I tried on sizers I loved how the 275cc looked. Wasnt over bearing or too big. 300cc is being implanted as you loose size. Im going over the muscle since the gym is my life. Ive seen pictures on here where 300cc looks HUGE..and im worried im gonna leave there with D or DD! Is there anyway to see or guestimate the end result?
I am 41 165lbs (220 highest weight) 5'4 2 kids current Small B cup. I have had a consult and like the 500cc sizers. The Dr. I consulted with mostly does over the muscle implants and that is what he is offering me. His pros were about the recovery time and also mentioned the muscle pushing implants to the side and making lifting weights harder. However most Dr around me seems to offer or recommend mostly under the muscle. But the more I read I see it both ways. Opinions on 500CC overs
Hi I'm scheduled for ba in March and I'm worried about my choice of implant. At my last appointment I decided on 445cc moderate silicone implant over the muscle. My surgeon said that with my bwd I wouldn't be able to go smaller than 405cc but when I tried on the sizer I was afraid that it wouldn't fill out my existing breasts. Should I go with 405cc or 445cc? And will going over the muscle with this size make them sag faster?
I am currently wondering about how big of a difference 50cc make? I am between 300cc and 350cc. My implants would be cohesive silicone round high profile over the muscle. I'm 5'4 130lbs no kids but with sufficient breast tissue of my own, currently a 32bish, my doc says I probably have about 120-200cc of my own if you were to measure
I am just 7 months post op and am worried about my implants being too close. I am 164cm and 56kg and got 300cc over the muscle implants. My surgeon doesnt think it is symmastia but of course I am still concerned. I do not have a medial line when my breasts are pushed together and I therefore struggle to get any cleavage as the skin appears to just join. I will attach pre and post op pics
I would prefer over the muscle as that's where natural breast tissue sits plus I don't want to feel the implant when I work out. There are many reports from ladies saying you can feel the implant when you work out chest. Do I have enough natural breast to go over? Would probably only do about 330 cc
Why do many plastic surgeons recommend more under the muscle placements, rather than over the muscle, when there are a lot more problems with under the muscle placement (especially lateral displacement & animation deformity compared to capsular contracture with over the muscle placement)? That doesn't include the other problems that come under the muscle such as capsular contracture, bottoming out and double bubble.
