I had my Brest augmentation in March 2024. I would like to know if there is a way for me to correct it. They are painful, unsightly, and very itchy at times. If there is something that I can do to correct this, what is the procedure called? What type of physician do I see?
I am 6.5 months post op and noticed this part of my scar that is quite sore and looks more irritated, raised and discoloured than the rest. Is this beginning stages of a keloid? It only appeared about a week ago :(
I had a breast augmentation in 2019 and started developing keloid scarring shortly after. The incision was made in the fold of the breast and the scarring that's developed is painful and itchy. I started using kelo-cote gel shortly after the scar started developing, but it hasn't worked at all. Over two years post surgery, I'm still not quite happy with my breasts.
I have keloid-prone skin and would like to have implants. Are there chances of hardening of breasts or having breast higher than normal? Do people who get keloids have more problems with breast implants? Do you have any suggestions?
I did my breast augmentation surgery with a famous doctor 7 months ago, but I did not know I am prone to keloids until now. The incisions were under the breasts, each 5cm. The scars have turned into keloids and I have done 3 times of steroid injections to flatten the scars. They are now flattened but are still very big, red and ugly! What should I do? What type of laser should I try? Please help! I am using silicone dressing every day but it isn't getting any better. l am awfully devasted!!

Im 2 years post breast augmentation. I formed keloid scars around my Areola that I would like to make less noticible. I also got dark spots/scars from the lift that I would like to make less noticeable. Any suggestions?
2 years ago, i had a breast lift. However, I am not satified with the keliods in which I developed around the aroreolas. I am also not happy with the lack of fulliness. It appears my breast is smaller than before the lift. I would like to have breast augmentation, but afraid of developing more keliods. Whats is the best way to achieve a fuller look and to minimize Keliods?
Hello, I am 30 years old,breastfed 2 kids. My height is 168 and weight 52. I had C section with my second baby and I got keloid scar. I want to do breast augmentation for a long time, however, I have a problem that my Areola is located in the lower pole of the breast, which means that I have only 2-3 cm between lower areola and breast fold. I also have a little breast tissue. Can you please recommend whether I should do incision under the breast fold, making new fold lower or around areola
I always get keloid scars and I don't want to have ugly scars after my surgery. I had a surgeon's office tell me he only does under breast incisions but I'm not sure that would be best for my case. I just really want my scars to be as invisible as possible. I had wrist surgery in the past where I was stitched from the inside and I still got a nasty scar. I attached a photo.
