I can see blue vein or spider veins and broken capillaries through the skin on my butt, at least a couple purple/brown color. Is that a risk for a bbl procedure? Sincee they so superficial? Planning bbl next year injection in thw fat layer only no muscle (so called safe bbl). Thank you
Someone, please educate me on the logistics of the fat transfer part of a bbl. I'm so scared the doctor is going to hit my vein and I'll have a fat embolism. Part of this fear is also because I'm not sure how it especially works. If the doctor is just poking fat in my rear end how does he know he's not going to hit a vein? Everyone's anatomy is different right?
Im really excited but also very nervous as I hear about the high mortality rate. Ive read in most cases happens with people performing this surgery with non plastic surgeons but that it has also happened to board certified plastic surgeons (inadvertently). My question is; how do plastic surgeons know how deep to inject fat in order to avoid hitting a vein? Do you really know where veins are? Or is this a matter of luck? Thank you.
I recently read a story about a girl who had a BBL done in the Dominican Republic. apparently the Dr. injected fat into a vein in her butt an she had multiple heart attacks, eventually went into cardiac arrest and died. Is this possible or is this story false?
