I am 2 and a half weeks post bbl and still very stiff and lumpy in my abdomen, sides and back. I also feel a stretching feeling in my back when I bend over, should I push thru the awkward feeling and still bend anyway? Should I be massaging myself in the stiff and lumpy areas?
I have a baby that's one years old and started picking up stuff off the floor at about day 7 after my BBL. Will this hurt my results I have not sat and I stand to do everything but I have to bend down to get bottles and pick up toys I'm worried it might hurt my fat graph
