Are discolored nipples after surgery something to be concerned about?

I had a breast reduction over a month ago. I'm healing well and have had few complications. But my mother and I have noticed that my nipples are a very different color than they were before surgery. It's almost like they're lacking color. They used to be a nice pink and are now kind of sallow and pale. I'm wondering if this is temporary and if it's normal/healthy?

You can certainly diminish your breast size but you must stop breast feeding for 6 months to allow your breasts to 'dry up' and shrink so that a more accurate assessment can be made.  As for going down to a B cup, its difficult to predict whether a B will be accomplished but a reduction...
