Glycolic treatment pads 10% for my dark knees?

Hi I have very dark knees because I used wrong product and the doctor didnt clear how to use it .. So the pharmacist told me that glycolix treatment pads 10% will be helpful and after using these pads I should wear whitening body cream. How can I use it ? By applying it every night ? Can I put moisturizer while using these pads or after ? Please help me. Thank you
