I used 35 % carbamide peroxide gel for half hour every day for two weeks. My teeth are nowhere as white as they should. I spoke with my dentist but no good advice was given. I don't drink coffee or smoke. My teeth are still yellow. What should I do ? Increase the duration and frequency of breaching?

It sounds like you have reached a plateau. Your teeth have a whitening range of how white your teeth will bleach. If you are not happy with the results at home, you may want to try an in-office session at a dental office with stronger bleach.

Sorry to hear about your problems during your whitening.  To be honest, not all teeth are able to be whitened simply by tray whitening.  There are products on the market like KoR Deep Bleaching that are specifically designed to treat dark or stained teeth.  If you are not happy with the outcome I would seek care from a dentist who offer KoR as I think you will be happier with the results.  If not then there not may be much for you to do
