White pimple on gums with implant

I have a central incisor that has been replaced with am implant. Now it's been functioning fine for 6 months. Last couple of days I have seen a little white pimple appear and pop and disappear on its ownm this happens in the same spot every few weeks maybe a centimeter below the gum line. Is this an infection? There is absolutely no pain whatsoever and the pimple is very small

I agree with dr.Kazemi,  in addition, you should ask your dentist to look at the crown on tooth number 31 which is the one behind the implant. On the X-ray it looks as if there is a large area of decay under the crown on the side closer to the implant. This area of decay, on its own, can cause ...

 ultrasonic caviation works on micro movement in tissue by ultra sonic  frequency. and it will create localized effect . so u can go ahead. no need to worry about implant.
