I have a central incisor that has been replaced with am implant. Now it's been functioning fine for 6 months. Last couple of days I have seen a little white pimple appear and pop and disappear on its ownm this happens in the same spot every few weeks maybe a centimeter below the gum line. Is this an infection? There is absolutely no pain whatsoever and the pimple is very small
