I have a red birthmark on my left cheek the size of a quarter. It’s not flat. The PA from a derm office said she wasn’t concerned it would cause any hard but jf I wanted it removed, I could explore IPL. When I started researching, I also learned about PDL. Is PDL better at removing red birthmark?
