I had the Moh's surgery on area under my nose. My primary doctor took out my stitches and I have noticed a dark stitch is still in the incision site. Not sure if it is dissolvable or regular one. Should I be concerned. Tried to pull it out gently but didn't want to do damage to wound healing. My Moh's surgeon lives about 300 miles away.
