I had smart lipo 9 days ago, w/suction. I had 650cc removed from full ab and flanks, and lasering done after suction. However, I have seen very little change as of yet. Sometimes I'm down 1" from my waist, sometimes only 0.5". I had a 31" waist before, weighed 150pounds, height 1.67m. wearing my compression garment day+night, taking arnica daily. Will I see a bigger change soon? What kind of change can I expect?

The Smartlipo procedure should not bring you the
pain of a muscle tear. Although, you may have done something post procedure and
injured yourself. Follow up with your surgeon and be sure you are healing
properly.
Thank you for posting a picture to give a better idea of what exactly you want done. It looks as if you would be a good candidate for Smartlipo, those small fat deposits will be removed and the laser will then help to tighten the skin. Please consult with a surgeon.
Your body just under went a big trauma. Patient swelling is different for each patient but, should peak soon. It is very important that you wear you garments and realize that it will be months before you see changes and they will come gradually..
