Whilst a palatal expander may be useful when treating children, it appears that these may not be as succesful when treating adults? Judging by my pictures, would porcelain veneers be sufficient or would I require some form of jaw surgery? If the latter, will both the upper and lower jaw be adjusted to achieve symmetry? (I have had my wisdom teeth removed in upper and lower jaw, 4 in total) Many thanks
