For as long as I can remember I had an even jaw and chin up until the end of puberty when my facial symmetry has shifted. My chin feels and looks pointed to one side but my smile isn’t too uneven. I’m a 25 year old female with no history of any facial injuries. I would jaw surgery be the answer or perhaps an implant?
