Hello! I’m a 31 y/o Hispanic female that had a TCA peel (40%) on my back. Ended up with PIH on my entire back & currently under treatment (hydroquinone 12% compound &pico laser). My question is if I got a spray tan or used self tanner on my back, would it darken the hyperpigmentation or help it not look as noticeable? I have my wedding coming up in 5 weeks & although I have been under treatment for the past 4 months it will still be very noticeable in my dress.Any help is appreciated

When you get some discolorations after peeling the skin,  the best combination for it to resolve is to exfoliate it with a light chemical peel such as jessners solution or 10% TCA every 1-2 weeks and also use the bleaching creams twice a day. They always resolve but do take time.  Spray tans just worsen the situation.
