I hate my philtrum - could lip filler help or would a lip lift be needed? (Photos)

I had a revision rhinoplasty in 2024 which I feel made my philtrum look slightly longer. Can lip filler help or is a lip lift the way to go? I really don’t like the lip lift scars

You have, in this photo, a normal upper lip. You appear to be young so having your mouth not close at rest is considered desirable, not abnormal.

The lateral lip lift will not widen the lips. You would benefit from an eccentric lip lift, not a bullhorn or lateral lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners....

You appear to be a poor candidate for a lip lift. However, you do appear to be a great candidate for a chin implant. This is done through an intra-oral approach so there are no external scars, takes about 1 hour to perform under general anesthesia and costs $4,000. Best Wishes, Gary...

It is not about measurements as much as overall balance of surrounding structure like nose, chin. Without good series of full face and profile photos it would be difficult to suggest philtrum shortening or similar. You seem to have small chin, your nose can not be seen on these photos. All of...
