My tip is not centered after Rhinoplasty, should I get a revision? (photos)

I had a rhinoplasty in Tijuana about 6 months ago and my nose tip is still off centered and it's been around 6 mos. I was involved in an accident as a child so my nose has been off centered for years. I am happy with the improvements made since surgery but am dissatisfied the tip is not centered. I'm considering a revision but am worried that it could look worse after the revision.

At only six months postop, I would advise you to wait a full year before considering a revision surgery. Your nose is most likely still healing, and the tip is the area that remains swollen for the longest period of time. Nonetheless, I do see that you might be developing excess scar tissue on the tip of your nose. I also see that you had your surgery in Tijuana and that you appear tan. Please be careful and wear sunscreen on the dorsum and tip of your nose! For unknown reasons, sunshine can prompt excess amounts of scar tissue on the dorsum of the nose, and this might not be helping your situation.

Hello, actually you can have revision rhinoplasty. It will probably be necessary to take cartilage from the rib and repair it. Please don't worry. We do revision rhinoplasty too often.
