I think you would see noticeable improvement with a gingivectomy if possible.  This is a procedure in which the gums are reshaped to show more tooth structure in "short teeth" or to improve balance in the gums from one side to the other.  This is a fairly standard procedure with minimal post op tenderness that can be done with a soft tissue laser in under an hour typically.

i think its a combination of 2 things , the shape of those teeth need to be adjusted, with a combined treatment on gums and also veneers, this way the shape, size and even color can be modified, so you will get a new smile again, and overtime you see your self on the mirror you will love the way it looks. its not complicated procedure, and you will have great results.
