How can I fix my ugly looking teeth ???

my lateral incisors are so big and when i take photo during talking or smiling i look so ugly it totally down my confidence what shou i do???

It is impossible to tell you what to do without seeing any photos. Schedule an appointment with a cosmetic dentist and have them do a comprehensive exam and go over your options. Have faith!  I'm sure that your smile can be removed.

I recommend getting an evaluation for possible veneers placement. You can change the proportions of several of your front teeth so that the laterals ending being the right size in relation to your other teeth. I think Veneers would be an excellent option for you and will help improve your confidence.
