numbing cream is normally used for microneeding and has no effect on your body. you should be pre and post treating your skin with peels and emerageskin roller (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

Topical anesthetic to numb the skin helps to make procedures more comfortable, and is highly effective. After sitting on the skin for the recommended amount of time, the cream should be wiped from the skin. The area of treatment is then cleansed with an antiseptic spray or swab/towelette. This removes any remaining residue. If somehow there was a small amount that was micro-needled into the skin, it would be highly unlikely to cause any issues. All the best, Michelle Giglio, PA-C
